Note for Medical Care Patients

• Your Medical Card will have Dr. Buckley's name on it. However, as well as being able to see Dr. Buckley, you can also make an appointment to see Dr. Uwe Hild and out Practice Nurses; Nurse O' Connor and Nurse Mason with your Medical Card. In addition, you can see our Dentist, Mr. Gerard Hill, in The Ashe Street Clinic for emergency dental treatment.
  
  Unfortunately, your Medical Card will not cover the Physiotheraphist, Councellor or Eye Specialists in The Ashe Street Clinic. However, you may arrange an appointment to any of there people privately if you wish.
  
  If you feel you or any of your friends or relatives may be eligible for a Medical Card, please ask out receptionist for an application form and further details. We also have "Change of Doctor Forms" if you wish to transfer your Medical Card from another practice to The Ashe Street Clinic. Everybody over the age of 70 is entitled to a Medical Card,
