We run an appointment only system for your convenience. This avoids you being unduly delayed in our waiting room. If you need to see any of us in The Ashe Street Clinic, please phone or drop in in advance to make an appointment for a mutually convenient time. When making your appointment, please give the receptionist a brief description of your problem so that she can suggest the most appropriate person for you to see and how long your appointment should be.
For an appointment system to work effectively for everyone, please ensure that you are on time. Missed appointments will deny other sick patients an opportunity to visit the clinic. Once you have made your appointment, please try not to change it for a different time or day as this puts undue pressure on the receptionist. If you must change your appointment, please give us at least two working days notice.
Due to the nature of our work, appointments may ocassionally be delayed because of an unforeseen emergency. If appointment is running late, please bear with us. Remember, it could be you someday that needs to be seen urgently or needs extra time.
